The Facility ::
E-Tech Powder Coating has 5200 sq ft of space in order to do all
your powder coating, hot ceramic, solid film lubricants, and antimicrobial
coatings. All the equipment to clean, apply the coatings, and
monitor the process at E-Tech Powder Coating are here to ensure
that our company produces the highest quality end product that
is available today. With access to highways 680 and 24, E-Tech
Powder Coating is easy to get to from anyplace in the Bay Area.
Powder Containment Booth ::
Bleeker Spray Systems Powder Booths are built on a reputation
for quality and are an extremely efficient method of powder coating.
Made from 18 gauge G-90 galvanized steel, booths are designed
with a 3-stage filter system that captures the powder overspray,
allowing clean air to re-circulate.
Industrial Oven ::
With over 50 years in manufacturing experience, Bleeker natural
gas fired walk-in oven will cure at temperatures up to 600 degrees
Fahrenheit. Digital controller maintains temperature, of the substrate
and oven with high temperature limit for safe and proper operation.
This oven will cure powder coatings as well as liquid hot coats.
Media Blast Enclosure ::
Bleeker Media Blast Booth, with its DustHog air filtration system,
collects media dust making this process environmentally safe.
Pretreatment System ::
The Cyclonator closed loop wash rack system with pressure washer
consists of recovery racks, a filtration chamber and storage tank.
This system also has a waste water evaporator that leaves an environmentally
safe waste material to be vacuumed away.
Powder Coating System ::
ITWGema EASYSYSTEM Guns have been designed to achieve optimum
powder charging. This gun features EASYTRONIC coating options,
along with changing powder delivery rates to assure superior powder
coverage on your product.
Compressor ::
The Atlas Copco industrial air screw compressor with its own integrated
dryer system is the most efficient way to compress and dry the
air. This is a critical component to avoid moisture contamination
in the powder coating process.
